The Internet user may refuse to comply with this request, in which case he/she cannot complete the transaction sought or obtain the access required. In no case can your e-mail address be recorded without you having directly provided it.

If you provide personal information to RSW via its Web site, whether in correspondence, to subscribe to a service or apply for a job, be advised that RSW does not sell, market or rent information supplied by Internet users on its site to third parties.

RSW is committed not to disclose to a third party any personal information on Internet users unless it is combined with other information; in this way, such disclosure makes the identification of any particular Internet user impossible. Thus, the name and address of an Internet user will never be disclosed
However, RSW reserves the right to divulge personal information in order to protect its property rights to the site or those of its users, sponsors, advertisers or suppliers, and in cases where the law obliges it to do so.

The Web site www.rswinc.com, hereinafter called “the site”, whatever its textual or visual content, is the exclusive property of RSW and is in the public domain.

Any claim regarding the site and the elements it contains or that result from its use is governed by the laws applicable to the province of Québec.

The display, downloading, reproduction of elements (text and images) of the site of RSW are authorized, provided that they are for non-commercial purposes, that the elements of the site are not changed, and that the user retains all the intellectual property notices it contains during one or other of these operations.
